Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your painting or art print within 14 days.

  • Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be issued. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Damaged Items: If your painting or art print arrives to you damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@andreawesleyart.com and provide photos of the damage so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return:

  • First, please contact us by email at hello@andreawesleyart.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide our return shipping address and instructions. To prevent the artwork from being damaged during return shipping, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Please do not return items to the address listed on your package. A return shipping address will be provided to you.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at hello@andreawesleyart.com
  • Initial deposits on custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable

    Exceptions / non-returnable items:

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
